I’ve always heard about the smashed cauliflower recipe tasting just like mashed potatos. The Doctors Tv Show had Rocco on there promoting his new cook book “Now Eat This”…..

Better Than “Mashed Potatos”

Ingredients:
• Nonstick cooking spray
• 2 ½ cups roughly chopped cauliflower
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• ½ Greek yogurt

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
2. Spread the cauliflower out on the prepared baking sheet. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Top the cauliflower with another sheet of foil, and roll up the edges to form a sealed package.
3. Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes. Remove the top foil, being careful of the steam, and continue roasting the cauliflower until it is tender, another 15 to 20 minutes.
4. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cauliflower with the yogurt. Puree until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired, and serve.

TUMBA

When Block Entertaiment announced that they were going Worldwide, it took very little convincing to bring Reggaeton sensation Tumba, Actor, Singer, Song Writer and Poet, into the fold.   Angel “La Tumba” Estrella was born in Lawrence Massachusetts of Dominican Parents. Tumba was raised in various parts of the world; Miami, Florida… Anchorage, Alaska… Brooklyn, New York and the Dominican Republic.

Due to the pain of his parents divorce, Tumba focused his anguish in music and acting, dedicating his free time to school plays in which his talent was highly noticed; allowing him to grab a scholarship at FIU (Florida International University).  Tumba turned down the scholarship to offer his military services to the United States Army. During his time in the Army he obtained great knowledge which helped him evolve his writing, composing true stories based on his experiences.  He later created a group by the name of D. Dynasty (Dominican Dynasty, Dinastia Dominicana). Different views created indifference’s in the group which led to separation.

Later, Tumba then headed to Miami, Florida where he was recruited by Strictly Business Records. Tumba created a friendship with producer LOS (Grammy Nominee) and fellow recording artists Quote 7 and Salazar “El Tabaquero” who with their knowledge in the business helped him move forward as an artist.  In 2006 Tumba went on to create his first single “Subela” (E.P. La Tumba, Cosas De Un Diamante) which was very successful in the Dominican Republic which led to various interviews and performances across the country.   Later, Tumba went back to Miami, Florida where he was contacted for a casting in the Grand Latin Production “Lapsus” for Telefutura/Univision. The movie Lapsus was a hit and had great ratings in Mexico and South America. After the film, Tumba went back to New York and teamed up with DJ Napoles (Grammy Nominee) of Fragment Muzik to work on his second album “El Baron Del Cementerio” which includes the hits “Sexo en Discoteca, Sin Coro and El TurunTunTun (Loca Vieja).

Tumba has collaborated with various recognized artist such as, El Chino DreadLion (Grammy Nominee) of Hierba Buena, Deztiny, Lady Melodee and much more. Also, sharing the stage with great dominican artist such as Eddy Herrera and El Vakero.  Tumba shares a special relationship with his fans, with a long road of words which in turn, leads them to his heart. He is the pride of the Dominican Republic and the latest Reggaeton sensation of Block Entertainment. He is an artist, in every sense of the word.
